Tracked and insured, UK and worldwide.

Every painting is packed by Katie in the studio — wrapped, cornered and boxed — and sent with a tracked, insured service. You’ll get the tracking details by email once it’s on its way.

Returns

Only if it arrives damaged.

Every painting is an original, and commissions are made to order, so sales are final and paintings can’t be returned because you’ve changed your mind.

If a painting arrives damaged, email hello@katierichards.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos of the painting and its packaging, and Katie will put it right.
